Positive: This really is a 'home from home' I felt very comfortable staying here. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. It is absolutely spotless, all the linen is top quality and very fresh. The bathroom is huge. The kitchen is very well equipped (there's even an air fryer!) It's nice to have a little private garden area to relax in. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a log both nights I stayed. I would have absolutely no hesitation in staying here again should I be in the area. A delightful place.

Negative: WiFi is a little slow (I suspect this may not be the properties fault, more the location). Fridge could've done with an ice box. An ironing board and more clothes hanging would've been useful. These are absolutely not complaints, just suggestions. They would in no way stop me from staying there in the future.

Summary: Very comfortable 'home-from-home'.

Positive: Nice quiet area with easy access to Boston, Skegness, and various other Lincolnshire locations. Very cosy and a lovely bathroom too.

Negative: If I had to nitpick, it would be nice to have access to an iron and ironing board. But otherwise, it is a great place to stay.
