Summary: Beautiful house. Property manager easy to work with. Short walk to beach. Beach was not crowded and access was simple. We had a great time relaxing and escaping the busy day to day stuff. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again next year.

Summary: Perfect location to the beach, restaurants, Walmart, shopping and yes to the Emergency Room. House could use more towels (bath & kitchen), pots & pans to accommodate the number of guests staying in the house. Adults complained about the firmness of the mattress, i personally slept like a baby. Host was extremely receptive to any issues & questions resolving them quickly.

Summary: We just returned from an incredible trip to these homes in Inlet Beach, right at the end of 30A… The house was thoroughly cleaned, and had plants of space for 4 families, each with 1-2 younger kids. The pool was much better than pics show, and was great to have in afternoons after the beach. The beach was a short walk, and the neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant to walk and ride bikes through. There are numerous restaurants and shops within a short drive or walking distance. We give this place a 10 out of 10, and also want to thank the Clark family for their incredible hospitality. You are in great hands with any of these homes!

Summary: What a great house for a large group of people! We 8 adults and 7 kids and the house fit our needs perfectly! There was enough space for everyone! It is a quick, easy 5 minute walk to the beach and a quick bike ride away from the 30A strip. This was our first time to the 30A area and this house did not disappoint! Brett, the owner was great! He was on site everyday and was there for anything we needed. If you have a large group, this is a great option!
