Summary: We had two groups between two houses had a wonderful stay. The house was perfectly appointed for large groups, quick walk to the beach or into Rosemary. Brett is awesome he was available if needed and quick to help answer questions. We loved our stay in inlet beach!

Summary: Great stay. Perfect for our family of 10. House is outstanding, new, very clean, pride of ownership is very evident. Short walk to the beach. Communication with property manager was excellent....he was easy to work with and very responsive.

Summary: we rented this property for our family Christmas vacation. it was perfect for us. everyone loved it. the rooms were clean and the whole house matched the descriptions. each tv had a room except for the bunk room. the bunk beds are huge- queensize! the main living room space was a bit smaller than i expected but the couches were comfortable. many family members would fall asleep there. the kitchen was appropriately stocked with dishes, cups and utensils; the coffee pot was functional. brett is super nice- we always got quick responses from him. the pool was heated for us and we really enjoyed being the only ones in the compound for the majority of our stay. the walk to the beach is not far at all- 2-3 blocks. the kids (& adults!) really enjoyed the game room. the balcony is perfect for enjoying a nice breeze and has great sea views. there is a 2nd balcony that i guess would be used for sun tanning. overall a great house for a family getaway. brett is super nice and a great property manager. we hope to be back.

Summary: We’ve been coming to Inlet Beach for several years now and this was one of the best days ever. The owner Brett and his wife Pay attention to all the details. Yes the Internet may have been spotty but I’m not on vacation to get on the Internet. If you stay anywhere on Inlet Beach, Brett’s properties are immaculate. He runs a great rental! So when you visit make sure you chat whit him Bc he’s a likeable guy. See you next year! Next time we gonna rent 2 units!!

Summary: This was a great house. The beds were super comfy and the house was incredibly clean. I loved that I could bike to everything. The kitchen had everything we needed. This particular house had a hair dryer, beach chairs, and 2 bikes that we didn’t know about. It was great!!

Summary: We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and was just like the pictures. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far. My husband usually drove down and dropped me, our small children, and the beach gear off and drove back and walked to the beach. It is close to Rosemary, restaurants, and anything you need. Having a dyson vacuum in the house was a great touch, nobody likes sand in the house. The kids enjoyed the pool, it wasn’t too crowded. Brett was very helpful and available for anything we needed. We would recommend this property and will more than likely be back!
