Summary: It is a fantastic property, only a brief stroll from the beach! We were a group of 15, mostly adults, and the house suited our needs perfectly. While the kitchen was a bit snug for group dinners, the top floor offered amazing views—we even caught a breathtaking sunset! Parking was a breeze; we comfortably fit four cars in front of the house with no trouble at all. Brett was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend it for groups of 10-12!

Summary: My family of 11 were just blown away by this vacatio n, best yet according to everyone! The house was beautiful, had everything we needed, and was so close to a quiet beach entrance. So close to restaurants and shops at Rosemary beach, but able to get to PCB easily for some traditions. And Brett, was so helpful at check-in, pointed out the great spots nearby, and was so nice. Definitely recommend!

Summary: Took family (6 adults and five grandkids ages 6-13). Property is designed for multi aged groups. 1 block and half from beach-short walk and to area of beach not that busy. Also close to eating, groceries and easy access to hwy 98. Brett Clark, owner and property manager was excellent-very responsive and on property daily- rare from our experience of going to this area for fifth time with family. Units are roomy and very comfortable, clean and well kept. Would highly recommend!

Summary: We had a great time at the Grove in Inlet Beach. Brett is a wonderful host who was very accommodating and incredibly responsive. The unit is in a wonderful area that is close to the beach and within a short walking distance to Rosemary. We loved our stay and will be back again.

Summary: Brett was amazing to work with and was very responsive to us. The house is first class, 2 short blocks to a beautiful white sandy beach. All beds have a bath, with a half bath on main floor for all to use. One king bed on lower. Relived childhood on the Mario Arcade. Swam with stingrays. We would definitely return.

Summary: The location is excellent. The house was perfect for our 3 families (6 adults and 7 kids). It is very convenient to beach access and Rosemary Beach. You can literally walk across the street to buy your seafoods, meats, desserts and wines. And the owners are TOP NOTCH!!! These guys will bend over backwards for you for whatever needs you may have…no matter the hour of the day. This will be our first choice when returning to 30A. We have been coming to 30A for years, but have never stayed at this location before. If you need a spacious place, this is the spot!!! The sunsets from the balcony, while grilling dinner and having a cocktail are legit! What a great week!
