Positive: Great location! Right between little italy and Chinatown.

Negative: It is a very old apartment. The heating system is really noisy and can awake if you have trouble sleeping. Also if you need 3 beds and are counting with the couch, just don't.

Positive: The location was absolutely perfect for Chinatown, and the space was just right for the four of us. The apartment had everything we needed. The host was friendly and the communication was very good and quick. We received detailed instructions for check-in. The apartment was clean and the price was really good for New York.

Negative: I need the way to pick up the key and open the door more easily and the TV in master bed room has broken can not use.the bed in second bedroom has broken also.toilet celin need to renew.
