Summary: Apartment was in the perfect location. We were able to get to everything we wanted to do easily by walking or subway. Check in was smooth and we were met by someone to help us get bags up the stairs. Each bedroom with individual AC. Extremely clean. Owner communicated before, duting and after trip to make sure our stay was perfect!

Summary: 10/10! If you’re looking for a cool place to stay that’s away from the hustle of Midtown, this is it! Can’t imagine a better location. Communication with the property manager was a breeze and he was very flexible and helpful with our check-in process, as we were severely delayed arriving in NYC. Can’t wait to stay here again!I’ve seen some other reviews regarding noise from the restaurant below. I only heard music coming from there one time and it was only for a short time in the very early evening. Certainly wouldn’t let that keep me from staying here again.

Summary: The place is well furnished, clean and very much as described by the host. The location is great. Only downside: if you have difficulty sleeping if there is noise outside, make sure you bring earplugs. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Our stay was amazing. Great accommodation right in the heart of Little Italy. So exciting to walk out the front door and the culture greet you. So easy to get to the subway but exploring the area by foot was the best. So much access to great food and experiences. We loved it.

Summary: Apartment was clean and reasonably well equipped, we found the beds comfortable and the location was convenient. Communication was good. Noise is a bit of an issue however as it’s located above a restaurant that does live music some nights and also above a touristy gift shop that’s open late so there are often people outside talking loudly.Finally the apartment can get a bit stuffy as the windows in one of the bedrooms are bolted shut so getting fresh air is a challenge.
