Summary: Room was clean, house keeping did a great job each day. Only issue was the bathroom door did not latch so, door would swing freely. Great stay and friendly staff.

Summary: Location excellent, which was the reason why we chose this hotel. Reception - both staff, appearance and state were below expectation. Tea station right by the lift and drinks vending machine gave it a hostel feel. Front desk staff barely acknowledged you when you walked past, we shared a lift with one and he couldn't even manage a good morning greeting. We needed to leave our luggage for the day as we had a late flight and he made it sound like such a big deal! Small bathroom but facilities in the room were generally functional. Overall- expensive for what it offered and the photos were not reflective of the reality

Summary: Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good location. It’s nothing fancy, but you’re not in NYC to hang around in the room, anyway. We’ve stayed here multiple times and will again.
