Newer 2,100 square foot, tastefully decorated, two story home with attached double garage in the beautiful community of Verrado.
The upper floor hosts a magnificent master bedroom, which is secluded from the other bedrooms and has a king size bed, a huge walk-in closet, built in cabinets in the private hallway, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom. Also located on the upper floor are two additional bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, large dresser, and large closet. The loft area has a privacy screen, hide-a-bed couch, and an office area. Completing the upper floor are a 2nd full bathroom and a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
On the main floor is the nicely appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, a gas stove, and stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. Coffee maker, toaster, blender, plus enough dishes, cutlery, glass wear, cooking utensils, and pots and pans for a medium sized group.
The family room has a very comfortable sectional couch, 42 inch HDTV, with Amazon Firestick TV featuring Prime Video, Netflix, Sling TV (250 live TV channels, movies on demand, and 7 day PVR of major channels) and Makers TV (Live TV, Movies, TV Series).
A half bathroom resides on the main floor.
The kitchen, dining room, and family room surround a private courtyard, which is idea for hosting a get together, enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, or just enjoying the outdoors. The cobblestoned courtyard has seating for six, a small gas fire pit, and a large gas grill.
The front of the house has a wide veranda that overlooks a generous greenbelt that is a great place for kids to play.

Verrado is a unique, family oriented, tree-lined community nestled at the foot of the White Tank Mountains. Summary: We spent two weeks in this house. We were able to walk every day in the neighborhood. There are some restaurants a 1-2 miles away. The owner checked with us to make sure everything was going fine. I’ll go back again.

Summary: Great stay only wish it was longer. The house was clean and decorated nicely. Very updated and comfortable. Zero complaints. When back in Phoenix again we will definitely look to see if this one is available. Thanks again Doug!

Summary: From booking to checkout, everything went smoothly with this rental. We have never experienced a more well-equipped property. The neighborhood of Verrado is very beautiful and walkable. Doug, the owner, contacted us with all instructions needed to access the house and checked with us via email to make sure things were going well. When I sent him a question via email, he was very quick to respond.

Summary: This was perfect for our 9 day visit with family. Next to I-10 made travel easy. Neghborhoos was safe. Pool was just what we needed after ling days in the heat. Communication with owner was excellent. We will stay hear again if needed.

Summary: We had never done a vacation rental before and we’re nervous to try it. I messaged the owner prior to booking and he walked me through everything. He made me feel super comfortable with renting a vacation rental and we are so glad we did it. This house was amazing and the owner was amazing too. So awesome, that when it came time to leave we were sad to leave the house. We had to make a few changes before and during our stay and the owner went above and beyond to help us. We had the best stay ever and will be back for sure. The house is beautiful and comfortable. My son and I went on daily neighborhood walks in the beautiful courtyard and neighborhood. We enjoyed lounging on the patio and cooked family meals in the wonderful kitchen. Every question we had was immediately answered by the owner. I can’t recommend this property and Doug enough. If you need a home away from home in beautiful Verrado Arizona definitely contact Doug. You won’t be disappointed.
