Three bedroom, 2 bath house in Sundance Golf community. House has private pool, hot tub and garage (garage parking is not available as we keep our car in there) with 3 outside parking spaces. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice one level ranch. No smoking. Sleeps 6 nicely. Pool is heated by solar panels so outside temperatures need to be in the eighties to heat pool warm enough to swim. Washer and dryer are also included. There's a barbecue grill, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, icemaker, dishes, towels, bedding, etc and cute patio furniture. It's a lovely place to relax. Wi fi included. We also have two bicycles for your enjoyment. Dogs allowed with fee.

Summary: We stayed at the house for 6 weeks and really enjoyed our stay. Our host Karen was great ! Answered questions, very flexible and so easy to work with which was greatly appreciated. The house is spacious, super clean and the kitchen is exceptionally well stocked. Nice neighborhood and location worked well for us. We had family join us for a week and they loved it too. The pool was a bit chilly but nice for a quick dip and then enjoyed the lovely hot tub. Having a washer & dryer was also a big plus. Would definitely recommend this host and this house.

Summary: This was the perfect place for me to come to my mother’s funeral. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and easy to get to and from where I needed to go.. the swimming pool was amazing and I wish I had more time to swim in it; maybe next time! Amenities are perfect! Next time I’ll swim more and ride the bikes! Post were very responsive to any questions I had and I can’t wait to visit this property again, thank you so much Ken and Karen!!

Summary: Everything was as advertised in the posting. We contacted the owner and they worked with us. The hose is very clean along with the pool and hot tub. Close to everything and only about 30-40 minutes from down town.
