Welcome to our newly renovated 2500 square foot vacation home in the Phoenix west valley. With unparalleled mountain views from the patio, you'll be captivated by the area's small town southwestern charm, over 40 parks nearby, pedestrian friendly center and multitude of activities.
Everything you'll need for a memorable vacation is a short 7 minute or less walk away: Two championship golf courses featuring unsurpassed views of the mountains and Phoenix, restaurants, grocery store, drug store, children's playgrounds, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts.
The home will accommodate up to 6 guests in comfort. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare delicious meals, or alternatively, enjoy one of the 3 restaurants that are a short walk from the house.

Summary: Enjoy sunrise from the balcony, relax in the quiet backyard, walk to Main St. ...this home is your relaxing vacation away from home. The owners are wonderful to work with and very responsive with all communication! The home is well appointed and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location is perfect for walking and enjoying Main St. activities, pool, restaurants, shops. I highly recommend this home!

Summary: Suzanne is a wonderful host and always available if needed. The home is in an ideal place in Verrado - walkable to Main Street, playgrounds, golf, dining and hiking trails. The neighborhood is very family friendly and welcoming. We will be visiting again!

Summary: We stayed at this home for a wedding at Verrado golf club and it was the perfect location. The home is very nice as pictured and extremely clean. It is walking distance to the town and pool area and provided plenty of space for us. Just down the road from the Vic restaurant which has fantastic views and wonderful in the evening. I would highly recommend this home if you are in this area - you will not be disappointed. One note is to make sure you review the check-out list prior to leaving as there are several things to do.

Summary: We got stuck looking for a place at the last minute for my team's spring trip to Phoenix when our original house was still under construction. The owners of this house were incredibly understanding and helpful, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. There were a few minor issues with the entry code and one of the toilet's, but the owners were incredibly accessible and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great from start to finish. The house is big and spacious, and fit the 10 of us very comfortably. In addition, Verrado is a beautiful planned community, with a grocery store less than a mile from the house. There's a very nice park right out the front door too, with a grill and a basketball court, which we took advantage of during the perfect evenings. I've stayed in numerous rentals during my years as a coach, and this is one of the best values I've ever seen.
