Private Casita minutes from Verrado. This 780 sq ft full 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom/ fully equipped kitchen/ large living room/ gorgeous Private outdoor living space with seating, BBQ, and even a little 19th Hole Putting green for your enjoyment. Our Casita is cozy and tastefully decorated and feels “JUST LIKE HOME”. It is located in a peaceful new housing development and couple minutes from the main I-10 & I-303 freeways. We are also just 2-3 minutes down Thomas Rd. from Verrado. We are centrally located about 2 minutes from the new large center with Frys grocery store, mix of restaurants, little stores, etc. You can quickly and easily stock up! You will have your own private entrance with your own personalized door code while staying at The AZ Sunshine Casita so you can come and go at your own leisure. Our casita is attached to the main home which the home builder calls the “Nextgen” option. The common door between the main home and casita locks off so you have complete and total privacy. When you book to stay in the casita you will be given your own private door code to enter the home with the keyless door lock entry system. With the Cozy town of Verrado less then 5 minutes up the road. Our Casita is located just North of the freeway and it’s just PERFECT!!
25minutes from the airport/ 15 minutes from Westgate Area (STATE FARM STADIUM)/8-10 min from NASCAR, SEVERAL spring training facilities within 15 min distance/ 5-6 golf courses with-in 15 min proximity/ 20 min downtown Phoenix /40 min from downtown Scottsdale/ 1 hour 45 min from Sedona/ less then 2 hours from the gorgeous Flagstaff town/ this Casita sits 1 mile North of the l-10 freeway and 3 miles off the new 303 freeway which makes it easy to get just about anywhere in Arizona.
Whether your coming for a long weekend, your a traveling professional and want your own living area that’s not in a hotel, or you plan to stay a couple months, this casita has it all and you will feel right at home!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized fridge, full sized stove, island counter for cooking and pull up a bar stool to have some breakfast. The living area is equipped with a 60’’ Smart TV, and comfy couch (which also pulls out into a queen size sofa couch). The bathroom is good size with a nice walk-in shower. The bedroom is large sized with a barn door entranced HUGE walk-in closet. There is a full-sized washer/dryer in the closet to be able to do all your own laundry (IF YOU EVEN WANT TOO LOL).
Our Casita has a Brand New installed PRIVATE side yard area for you to enjoy the beautiful AZ evenings. Our “19th Hole” is perfect for a few practice putts. Grill some tasty dinner while enjoying a beautiful sunset. Our side yard is perfect to just relax and enjoy yourself!!

Summary: Love, love love the Sunshine Casita! This was the perfect place for our recent trip! The casita was impeccably clean and perfectly decorated. We were very busy when visiting the Phoenix area so we didn’t get as much time during the day to relax in the home but it was a wonderful place to come home to each night. We will definitely book here again if we travel back to the area. The host was incredibly responsive and left the kindest welcome. Absolutely 100% recommend!

Summary: It was the perfect size for me but would be equally perfect for two people. It was very close to the ball parks and golf. This property was extremely clean and orderly. Appliances were new and everything functioned perfectly.

Summary: Our host went out of her way to make us feel at home. She was always available and even bought us a tea kettle so we could enjoy having our tea. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices and even baking pans. We will definitely stay there again! Thanks Stephanie

Summary: Communication was great! The casita was perfect for the two of us! The bed was comfy and the full kitchen, washer/dryer, and bathroom gave us everything we needed for a great weekend! The kitchen had coffee and treats! So appreciated!

Summary: This property was in a great area of the city. It was close to everything and not far off of the freeway. It was a nice and quiet area with everything that two people could need. I would stay here again, for sure! It made for a very relaxing stay.
