Positive: The location is great ! And parking was included, so that was a plus. The AC worked well , and the apartment was clean and efficient

Negative: The shower head need to be replaced or adjusted - either a tiny stream or one stream of water , low water pressure and doesn’t get very hot

Negative: The bathroom was not the bathroom shown in the property photos. But was fine. Water pressure really low, hard to wash long hair.

Positive: Great location. So many amazing restaurants within walking distance and well connected to buses and trains. LGBT+ friendly neighbourhood that feels safe even late at night. The apartment was clean and well kitted up with extra towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies to last our stay.

Negative: The AC needs to be fixed. It doesn’t cool the air and it is an unsightly gaping hole in the wall. Shower pressure is manageable but still needs improving.

Positive: Very comfortable apartment for up to 4 people, fully furnished and equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, etc., very clean. Parking space in building offered

Negative: Nice location, safe with things to do, but not very easy connection to the city center (no train-subway, you have to take a bus). Would also prefer a less strict booking process!

Summary: I would definitely recommend someone to stay there if they want to enjoy Chicago for a few days

Positive: Location was great, nice apartment, this is the 3rd time we have stayed in this building. very nice accommodations. We had a couple issues arise and the hosts took care of the issues and made things right for us. We truly appreciated their willingness to work with us. We will certainly stay with them again.

Negative: Parking can be challenging, but that is a Chicago thing not an apartment thing.

Positive: Great location, quiet street but close to shops, cafes, transportation, Lincoln Park and Lake Michigan. Good communication with landlord.

Negative: Cleanliness was not satisfactory. Bathroom was not very clean, surfaces in kitchen were dusty/sticky. Bedroom carpet has many stains. The apartment in general could use some renovations. The pictures on the booking.com listing are outdated, the bathroom shown in the listing is not the one of the apartment (which is especially misleading since the bathroom is not the best feature of the apartment).
