Positive: The property is located in a great spot. If you’re looking to be close to Bown and easy access to the downtown area on bus number 146. The apartment is very spacious.

Negative: The check-in process is a little bit complicated. Once you arrive at the Property from the airport with your luggage, you have to walk around the building, which is down an entire block and around to be able to access the key. This would be particularly annoying if it was snowing or raining, I think with today’s technology the property should invest in Smart locks such as Yale or August to make it simpler. There is also another lockbox in front of the building, so I’m not sure why this units lockbox is at the back. Also when communicating with the host and asking several times for the person I was speaking to. I was never able to get a name even after several attempts which is very odd to me. I like to know who I’m speaking to on the other end it makes it more personable. Also, the host/property management company is the least flexible I’ve ever had to deal with in terms of extending a check out. My flight was canceled last minute and I asked to extend for just a few hours and they were only willing to do $50 an hour although the unit is not booked today or tomorrow And to book the entire extra day was only $65. WHEN in the hospitality business I suggest trying to be flexible with your clientele, especially if situations like this arise, and there is no later check-in that day they tried to relate it back to the cleaning staff which could’ve easily been rescheduled for the next day since there was no booking and because I did make the request a day before. I’m fairly certain the $50 an hour would not have gone to the cleaning staff to delay the job a couple of hours. I also got two reminders about noise at 7 PM when I wasn’t even home both of those times the host did apologize for that but when I was home I was listening to music on my iPhone so if that travels through the walls that is very odd.
