This unit is simple.. yet cute and homey, set back and cozy. A great place to relax and kick back.
The Neighborhood:
The area is located just a 30 second drive from downtown Southington with lots of local bars and restaurants!

Again.. This is a tiny apt. You'll be having a relaxed dinner on the couch. It's cute, but not the ritz!
Also, The bedroom does not have a door on it which is why I do not have it listed anymore as a 1 Bedroom
Also, in the winter I would highly recommend good snow tires or a 4wd vehicle as the driveway is a little steep and tricky.. Please make sure to ask any questions before you book. Especially if you have concerns getting up the driveway in the winter!!

Summary: I believed I was booking an "apartment" for my wife and 6yo son to stay. When she arrived what she found was something more like a shed in the driveway of a much larger house next to it. Parking is crowded. My wife didn't feel safe so I told her to go get a hotel. BTW, neither VRBO nor the property owner were interested in capitulation.
