Summary: Just finished a stay here over the New Year's week to visit family and explore Connecticut. Everything was as expected. The host, Jessica, was very responsive to all of our questions. Could this as a great place in the summer as well with the barbecue and fire pit out back. Finally spent some time in the house on the last night and kids discovered the pool table/air hockey and ping pong in the basement and love it. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had a fabulous Christmas visit at Jess’s place in Southington. The house was the perfect size for five adults to cook, eat and relax over the holiday. The beds were comfy and the rooms are cozy. We even used the grill and the fire pit on Christmas Day. We will be back!
