15 Bedroom Villa in Amapas, Puerto Vallarta

Villa Las Palmeras is a Gorgeous 15 bedroom Villa with Spectacular Ocean and Old Town Views. If you take 14 bedrooms or more, the bedroom rates per night would be 169 a room a night. Whether you book 8 to 15 rooms, the villa is always private for your group, the rooms you don't book remain vacant. We also have a villa next door so if you need more that 15 rooms we have 11 more next door. VERY Conveniently located, save money transportation most everything is walking distance. Old Town/ Romantic zone, restaurant row, night life and fabulous beaches are just a short walk. The Mallecon is connected to the beach near the villa.
ALL BEDROOMS ARE ENCLOSED AND AIR CONDITIONED.
The perfect Villa for any large gathering such as Weddings, Family reunions, Retreats, Birthdays.......Past guests rave about the staff and our chef’s cooking. Fresh Guacamole with hand squeezed lime margaritas with %100 agave tequila is always on the house for our groups for arrival.
The villa has 2 large pools. One pool on the 5th floor with unbelievable views with pool side bar tending and another one on the 1st floor. Connectable surround soundsystem with iPhone or Samsung that plays throughout the villa including the pool area and top level bar. The villa also has large flat screen TVs with Cable.
The Villa provides a concierge, daily maid service, 10 car parking. Cooking services are available for an additional charge. 10 dollars, per person, per meal per service fee. Wedding’s, Anniversary's, party's, large birthdays would be an extra fee just inquire and we will let you know how much depending on the amount of people and rooms. The minimum amount of rooms would be 5. Each room is airconditioned and should be shared with 2 people. One person for each room would be a higher expense if group decides. Therefore each room has to be paid fully if there happens to be an odd number. Food service needs to be paid before arrival.
Price depends on amount of guests, rooms, time of the year and if there are any special events being hosted at the villa. Sometimes VRBO will quote to low of price or to high. Vrbo doesn't have an accurate quoting system for such a large villa with many different variables. Just make sure to inquire with amount of guests and rooms and we will be happy to quote you a more accurate price. Holidays and spring break dates will vary in price. Summary: Everything about the trip was so great. The house was beautiful. Each room had its own separate bathroom and shower. All three floors are open air and look out over Puerto Vallarta. The owner was so easy to work with, and the staff were top notch. They really made this stand out as a premium experience. I'd strongly recommend this property to anyone that wants to have an amazing house in an amazing (walkable) location. Thanks so much!

Summary: I had a great experience at this villa. The staff was able to accommodate all my needs. Was able to enjoy amazing food pool side while staff prepared and served drinks. There were amazing views from every level of the Villa. The chef service was phenomenal. The Villa was huge and has to have some of the best views in all of puerto Vallarta.

Summary: Wow... My first time in PV and without question my experience at this beautiful villa made it exceptional!! The location was unreal... the views overlooking the city absolutely stunning... It was clean, well maintained and the staff was so incredibly pleasant and accomodating... Our group welcomed them like family and they made us feel so at home! I would love to go back and stay at this magical place again!!!
