We recommend renting a car since it’s the most practical way of getting around. We have plenty of free parking as well. If you’d like to use public transport, there is a bus stop (Jolley Trolley) right next to the rental.

Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.

Summary: Appreciate being dog friendly. The property is about 2 blocks from the dog friendly beach. Its in walking distance to several good restaurants and a very good pizza place. Clearwater beach is great. The owners did a great job restoring the property after last years hurricanes. The pool looks like new. Other properties are still being repaired. So, Monoco is a good choice.
