Summary: Showed up to property, the pull out couch in the living was sticking into the air and wouldn't go in. None of the tvs worked or even had remotes to use them. The bathroom windows were stuck open and would close. Could be a very nice property but none of it is taken care of. Very outdated. Tried to reach property management and they ignored calls and texts. Did not hear from them the entire trip.

It was the perfect location and set up for our large family. The house was very clean and provided all we needed for our beach vacation. It is not fancy or rich with amenities but we were not looking for that. It is a one minute walk to the beach and in walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and Pier 60. We will definitely return in years to come.

We did have a slight hiccup with the neighbor regarding the noise after hours but it was fixed right away. The house was clean, spacious, and felt like home, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Summary: Our overall stay was very good. Having the 2 houses with the connecting courtyard was great for our situation. We would have liked to see both houses cleaner, but overall the houses were nice. Great seating on the courtyard. A little north of the 'main action' but it was walkable and we loved it being so close to the beach.

Pool is smaller than you think, but it was nice to have a pool. The directions that we received via email didn't match what happened. The garbage was pickup on Wednesday morning instead of Thur so all our garbage didn't go out until Wednesday night like we were asked to. The pool cleaner comes on Tues amd Friday not Monday and Thur. He was very nice while he was there. None of the tvs in the bedrooms worked, the TV in the living room had Netflix but you need your own log in if you want to use it. Then you need to buy batteries because none of the remotes had batteries. We had a broken lamp in our room from the people before.

There was plenty of room for 22 of young adults. We give it a 10 and plan on renting it again next year.

Summary: This budget-friendly property is great for large groups to share a close space together for a nice beach vacation. but don't expect anything luxurious or rich with amenities. Host communication requires initiative and proactiveness from the guest, and may be slow. The kitchenware is plentiful but disorganized and I found a few pans that probably should have been cleaned better. The general state of the property is solid and most everything worked fine... but you'll find plenty of things that are worn, used, or should be replaced. Again, the value here is fair in my opinion since there's not a huge maintenance budget to work with. There were other similar rentals along FL Gulf Coast that are at least 1.5x the price The #1 problem for me was the fact that the VRBO listing says "Wheelchair-accessible". This was a very important factor and I would not have booked at all if the listing more accurately described the accessibility conditions. In my opinion this MUST be removed from the listing as there is simply no way someone in an actual wheelchair would have a comfortable stay here. All of the doorways are too narrow for most wheelchairs so be sure to get precise measurements if you need it. I should have pressed for more details but I was told over the phone that there were "walk-in showers" but all bathrooms have tubs or step-in showers. The host did cover extra accessibility equipment that arrived on the 2nd night of our stay so that was appreciated.

Summary: We stayed in the home for three nights and had no communication whatsoever from the management. There were several safety concerns (broken glass, open windows that would not close, loose exterior door knobs) and issues that were not even acknowledged.

Summary: Home could use some updating but the location is excellent. It worked for our large group. It was nice to be able to walk across the road to the beach. Great area and looking forward to visiting Clearwater again

Reviewer Comments: We had 22 fam members that stayed and overall were comfortable and had a wonderful time. I wouldn’t recommend more than that unless you want to use pull out couches. Location awesome, prop mgt co very efficient and accommodating! The house had a few broken items (which I sent pics of to prop mgt co) and could use some fixing up. The exterior of the house could definitely use some cleaning up due to items that were broken and trash in the yard that could be tossed. Loved the double W/D, clothesline and nicely stocked kitchen cooking items. A/C, tvs, internet worked great. Thank you for the amazing family time we had at Somerset!
