Positive: Belated review we stayed earlier in Autumn; wonderful cottage, extremely comfortable, with great attention to detail. Excellent parking. Great location in the lovely village of Millthrop just down the road from Sedbergh, with walks from door.

Negative: Everything was great. Only suggestion is a mirror in the bedroom.

Positive: Great welcome pack. Every aspect of the cottage and its equipment was well done and thought through - quality throughout.

Negative: Its a 15 minute walk from town. It's the only small drawback - but the actual location is idyllic.

Positive: We were very lucky, finding this beautiful stone cottage, set in a quiet corner of Sedburgh but only 15 minutes walk to the village centre. Walking out of the door you can walk straight up onto the hills, with lovely views of the hills on either side of the house. The great outdoors on your doorstep. The location is perfect. Inside it is very nicely presented and to a high standard, it's clear the owner wanted us to be comfy. The Aga style cooker was left, keeping any chill out of the house, the kitchen was very well equipped, the bathroom was modern with good showers. We all had a great nights sleep in comfy beds. Oh and very fast Wi Fi. You know it's good when you are sad to leave and want to re book.

Negative: There is nothing negative to write about this property, we thought it was great at the top end of our price range but a lovely treat.

Summary: A fabulous 4 night break, in a modern comfy cottage, clean and tidy. Great views
