Summary: The Annex to Stone Cottage was compact but warm and cosy. The outlook to the rear was across fields and v pleasant. The road outside at the front was quite busy and the property is in the town not as countryfied' as the pictures on website suggest. A good base for exploring the East of the Peak District. Clean and quite well equipped. A few oven proof dishes for those who want to self cater would be useful.

Summary: The property was spotlessly clean and we loved the decor - especially the colour scheme and the wooden duck! The outside space was perfect to sit in with wine and, in our case, a jigsaw.
