Summary: Stay was perfect for fsmily gathering of 15. Room for everyone and great kitchen. Every possible thing needed in kitchen. Pool small but provided great place to cool off and commune as family. Also nice community pool with 3 minute walk. We did Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, Snow Canyon SP, Sand Hollow SP, Horseshoe Bend and Wire Pas Trail slot canyons all from the great home base.

Summary: Great place to stay, clean and fun for everyone in our group. Pool was awesome for kids. House was big. Rooms were big and had plenty of room for kids to sleep on the floor if needed. Bathrooms were nice and clean too. Enjoyed the neighborhood. Downside was parking with trailers. Not really any place to put them.
