Summary: The good: Location, size, pool, parking, owner labeling were all excellent. The improves: house is very dark, the lighting is not good so your constantly wishing you could turn on more lights. The TV in the front room is old and needs to be replaced. Recommend you scrap the entire entertainment center and just hang a good TV on the wall. No need for DVD players any more. Family room couch is worn and you can feel it, time to start saving for a replacement. beds are hard and could be improved on. Kitchen stocking could really use a good inventory and improvement. Half ply toilet paper sucks and will cause complaining from every visitor.
