Positive: One of the best places I’ve ever stayed through Booking.com, and I’ve traveled to many countries, towns, and cities. This property is located in Colorado City, Arizona, a small town with a truly unique views. When we visited, only half of the house was available, but even so, with its three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, huge kitchen, spacious hall, and living room, it felt more like a mansion. The house was spotlessly clean and equipped with absolutely everything you could need. I counted four or five large flat-screen TVs, plus there was a sauna, jacuzzi, BBQ, and more.

Negative: Approximately ten minutes after our arrival, something rather unsettling occurred. A sheriff’s vehicle was parked outside the property, and it appeared the officer was inspecting the area. He gave us a peculiar smile that, regrettably, did not inspire any sense of trust. Given the reported issues involving foreigners (we are from England) traveling in certain parts of the United States, my daughter became quite anxious and requested that we leave both the house and the town. We promptly loaded all our luggage back into the car and drove to a nearby shop to purchase some food. Our plan was that if the sheriff remained present upon our return, we would proceed directly to Las Vegas to spend the night, interpreting his continued presence as a concerning sign. Fortunately, the sheriff had departed by the time we arrived back at the property. Nonetheless, my daughter was so disturbed by the incident that she was unable to sleep for the entire night. As soon as she awoke the following morning, we decided to depart immediately. We do not intend to return to this town in the future.(we felt very insecure with this incident). However, it is important to emphasize that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the house itself, which remained an excellent accommodation.
