Positive: Location was a 10 minute walk to the centre of Chur. The decor was inventive and had character and it was also vey comfortable. The kitchen and lounge area was good and well equipped.

Positive: Comfy spacious room in excellent location close by the historic town centre and short walk from railway station. Simple facilities but ideal for a short stay. Owner communicated well and we were warned in advance that this small precinct could be a little noisy due to loud bars and adult entertainment in the vicinity.

Positive: Room was clean. Close from the main railway station. Easy access and hassle free checkin

Negative: The bathroom door was unable to close it. It was broken in some sort so couldn't close it for private use.

Negative: The room is on top of a brothel (not clearly stated in the description) and in front of the room there is “living area” that was smelling so much of cigarette that the smell would get in the room once you open the door. During the night it was very loud.
