Positive: In beautiful old town chur, this hotel is one of the gorgeous properties you stop and take photos of, it’s historic and restored beautifully. Short east walk from train station. Clean, elegant and comfortable. Delish breakfast buffet including prosecco. Just loved it.

Negative: Loved it, nothing not to like except maybe the opaque glass bathroom doors so prevalent at Swiss hotels.

Summary: Perfect and charming.

Positive: The exterior was beautiful, inside a little old. Location was good in a quiet part of the old town.

Negative: Reception staff a little gruff. Our room was in the older part of the building and needed a brighter feel.

Summary: Good location, nice breakfast but older room however large.
