Positive: Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room and all that for a reasonable price. Nice place to stay in Shenzhen.

Negative: I'd rather not recommend to have breakfast at the hotel - it's not bad, but to my mind could be better. Maybe, it's a personal opinion, but there plenty of nice places near the hotel to have breakfast.

Positive: The location is good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is big.

Negative: The hotel is old and smelly. You can smell smoke wherever you go. The staff didn’t clean the table tops properly and you just feel dirty everywhere. I did not sit on any of their sofa. The bed and pillows are comfortable but have strong smells that show that they were used and not really clean. Also, I was alarmed by the state of their ironing board.
