30 day minimum rental for Charming private guest house sleeps three with a single bed (brand new DreamCloud Mattress) and pullout double bed (brand new Queen Mattress with extra mattress pad for comfort.) This guest house also has a kitchenette with mini fridge and freezer, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave. There is a dining room table w three chairs and private bathroom. Private parking is steps outside your front door and you also have a private sliding glass door in the back which overlooks the zen garden, bird bath and fruit trees and golf course. A short stroll to the Naples Beach Hotel (when it opens) or Lowdermilk park and many restaurants and a pharmacy that also delivers. A short drive or Uber to Artis-Naples and Naples Zoo and Naples Botanical Garden.
Many people have inquired asking about Hurricane Ian. While many in my community were devastated by flooding, my property and i were very fortunate that we were at a high enough elevation so the flood only came up my driveway but not all the way into my home. The property/my zen garden was impacted somewhat by the wind but the plants and trees have begun growing back and life is returning to “normal.” The guest houses are comfy but not fancy. I have reduced the nightly rate due to hurricane impact on the property and hope the small “damages” have been fixed before you book or arrive but also hope you understand that finding workers available in this area for “small” jobs is almost impossible while they are busy rebuilding entire homes. A month discount is also automatically applied thru this site.
I welcome dogs/pets if they are well behaved. I am only allowed to advertise monthly rentals per Naples city code. Monthly rentals have a discounted rate calculates by this site. Please inquire if u have questions or special requests.

Summary: This was our second stay here this year ... and we were even happier this time because Michelle turned the hot tub on for us each morning. If we could have stayed longer we would have! It is the perfect place for rest and recuperation -- even during spring break, because you are far from the crowd. The garden had even more blooms than last month, and was visited (in addition to all the regular birds) by both an ibis and hummingbird.

Summary: The property was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed a good degree of privacy, but also enjoyed interacting with guests in the other house and with our hostess. This is a great spot in an excellent, central location.

Summary: The Zen Garden was just what we needed! Michelle was a wonderful and accommodating host, the pool and garden areas were beautiful and peaceful. The studio had everything we needed (and then some) ... the beds were super comfortable with fresh bedding. We took long beach walks every morning, and ate brunch afterwards at the nearby cafe (highly recommended). We're happily returning next month!

Summary: Michelle is a nice host in a lovely setting with a pool and terrace and an easy walk to a well-maintained public beach/park. A great location but VRBO customers deserves better. I have many concerns which were politely and respectfully brought to the host's attention early on as my goal was to help her do her best—and not just to criticize as I am a tour provider and bnb host. What makes a place “nice” or of good value is subjective of course but mildew, a worn-out and stained mattress and a somewhat neglected place and unclean are not acceptable. The unpleasant smell of mildew was immediately apparent. I took photos, discussed it with her and wrote a longer review for her which exceeds the length allowed here. Despite the great location, I cannot recommend the place unless a "competitive" price is your only criteria or until the host cleans and corrects a long list of defects.

Summary: I had a restful visit here in Naples. The host was friendly, respectful and pleasant. The apartment was as advertised, clean and comfortable. The location is great! only circa 300 yards from the beach/Loudermilk park.
