Summary: The house is exactly as detailed online. The owner and property manager are very responsive. The location is perfect, very close to downtown, Baker Park, great restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. Anything you may want or need to cook or entertain friends or family is available.This is our 4th stay at this property and each stay has been outstanding.

Summary: We loved our month!! The house is nice and does live large for a 3B/2B. The lanai and pool area are very relaxing and the location is superb! Beautiful walkable neighborhood and to beach! Vic was wonderful to work with! Hope to return some day!

Summary: We loved our stay at the home on Mandarin Rd in Naples. The location and amenities were perfect! Spending time at the pool and relaxing was wonderful. Great location for beach access and going downtown to dinner. The home, pool and yard were very well kept. Our host Victor was easily reached and very friendly.

Summary: The property is extremely nice, beautiful lot, pool and yard. The location is outstanding. 5 blocks from a beautiful beach at Laudermilk park, 5 minutes from downtown restaurants and shopping. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain. The owners and house manager were available and responsive. Lovely vacation house.

Summary: The house suited my needs very well . Vic was easy to communicate with. The garage has way too much stuff in it. There we no towels for the pool or beach. My freinds used the older bikes and said they were fine. Noone used any of the beach chairs but, seemed to be enough . Overall a nice VRBO for my first time . Next time I will look at something with another bathroom(s) and larger guest rooms.

Summary: We stayed in this home for several weeks late spring. The property provided a great venue for having family visit with the pool/spa and a short few blocks to the beach. With a split floor plan, everyone had plenty of room. The screened in porch with Smart TV was the most popular spot for gathering for meals. And a wonderful fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. There are lots of bikes/helmets and beach equipment to help make your stay enjoyable. This quiet location is close to restaurants, grocery and downtown Naples. And, the owner is extremely responsive and easy to work with.
