Positive: We absolutely loved our stay here! The guest house is fantastic—the bedroom, in particular, is large and feels like a mini palace. The kitchen is also spacious. The Internet is strong and fast. The location is perfectly central, just a short walk (about 950 meters) to the Colchis Fountain. It's also incredibly convenient for exploring Kutaisi, as you can easily catch as many as 9 buses (#3, #4, #5, #10, #19, #20, #41, #1-L, #1-R) to reach almost every major area. Sultan is an outstanding host. He and his family were extremely friendly and helpful with every aspect of our stay. They were always very respectful and pleasant to interact with and communicate with. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kutaisi!"

Negative: The TV is an older, smaller CRT model (approx. 24 o r28 inches). However, the hosts have thoughtfully connected a mini-PC, which allows for YouTube viewing on the screen, which was great.

Positive: I had an excellent stay at this property. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive to every detail. Despite my very early arrival at 5 a.m., he kindly stayed awake to welcome me and even offered another room until mine was ready, as it was still occupied. He personally cleaned everything thoroughly and ensured the house was in perfect condition. Whenever I needed anything related to the house, he responded immediately via WhatsApp. The location is ideal, just an 8–10 minute walk to the city centre, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with charming streets full of colourful houses and flowers. The cleanliness and equipment of the house exceeded my expectations. Everything a guest could possibly need was provided: a smart trash bin, fully equipped kitchen tools, sparkling water, coffee, and tea. I am truly grateful to the owner for creating such a welcoming and well-prepared place. If I could, I would rate it a million out of ten.

Positive: Everything's so wonderful! I really recommend here that Host is very considerable, attentive, kind so much, always think guests are staying comfortable first. The accommodation is clean, well maintained, cozy. Room is spacious, with AC, shared a big guest kitchen and shared spacious and clean bathroom. You can find the bus stop about 5 minutes walk, as well as supermarkets / Kiosks are around there, if weather is nice, you can still walk down to the very central as Colchis fountain square.

Negative: Actually I would say None. IF I should say small thing, Wifi was a little bit unstable, but it was because I have online meetings, normal use is totally fine! Checked speed, speed was very enough too, actually fast, maybe just a bit of stability.

Summary: This is my Biggest recommendation place to stay!!!

Positive: Great experience at very clear and well located accommodation. Truly polite and helpful host. I absolutely recommend it. Plus 1, if you travel with motorcycle, there is safe parking inside the building's yard.
