Positive: The apartment is located at a quiet lane near the center, access road outside is wide , and can have car parked without worry. Apartment itself is very clean, newly renovated n very tastefully decorated, all fitting is of very high quality. Everything u need is there n more. Host very friendly, she offer vodka (a jar) n local sweet as well come gift. This is one of the best apartments that I have stayed over my past more than 10 yrs of traveling around the world.

Positive: This was the best stay during our trip in Georgia! The pictures don't even show the whole beauty of this apartment - it's a truly loved space with love and care in every detail. It's very spacious, new, beautiful, and everything is high quality. It has everything anyone would need during their stay. Even more! They have a complement of their own homemade wine and chacha. And everyone is so lovely. The location is excellent - it's very close to everything (main square, green market, white bridge is a little walk, but not too bad), but NOT in the middle of a hectic tourist area. Very quiet and safe. 100% recommended!

Negative: Not a con about apt, but better to ask hosts for directions if using Google Maps because it doesn't give the right ones.

The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite being in the center of the city, it was peaceful and quiet. The bed was more comfortable than a five-star hotel! The facilities and service exceeded five-star hotel standards, and the price was incredibly reasonable. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and excellent value place to stay in Kutaisi!"
