Positive: We had a really lovely stay overall. The Villa is beautifully presented, the rooms were clean and comfortable

Negative: The breakfast, while good, could benefit from a bit more variety. It wasn’t a major issue, but a slight improvement here would make the stay truly perfect. Also as travellers, we would feel more comfortable and safer having proper door locks, as we were told there are no keys.

Summary: We would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

Positive: We had an amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with my experience. First and foremost, the villa was incredibly clean and the view was absolutely stunning, it truly took my breath away. Muhammed and Tusha brothers are such warm and hospitable people. They were extremely helpful with everything we needed and made us feel so welcome throughout our visit. I feel like I have a family in Oman now. I really hope I can come back and stay here again in the future. Sending my warm regards from Türkiye!

Positive: We had an absolutely perfect stay at Zahr Albun Villa, located close to the desert. The villa is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and extremely well maintained. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was flawless: the caretaker was on site, very friendly and welcoming. He showed us around the villa, immediately gave us the Wi-Fi code, and let us know he was available at any time. He was truly kind throughout our stay. Less than an hour after our arrival, we had the chance to enjoy a desert excursion organized by the owner himself. He came to pick us up and welcomed us with thoughtful little gestures, especially appreciated by the children. During the drive and once there, he shared many interesting explanations. Upon arrival in the desert, everything was perfectly arranged: carpets, chairs, tea, coffee, dates… We were able to enjoy the sunset in a warm and friendly atmosphere, chatting together until the sun went down. When we returned to the villa, the caretaker was already preparing the barbecue for dinner. The table was set, the meal was delicious, and he took care of everything with great kindness and professionalism. The children also really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was perfectly maintained and added a lot to the quality of our stay. We spent a very restful night in a calm, clean, and comfortable setting. The next morning, we were woken up by the breakfast we had chosen, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, very well prepared. To end the stay on a high note, the owner invited us to a café he owns nearby, Zahr Albun Café, where we were warmly welcomed, which was a lovely and thoughtful final touch. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Outstanding hospitality, high-quality services, and incredibly kind people. Special thanks to the caretaker, Tushar, and to the owner, Mohammed, for their exceptional kindness and hospitality. We highly recommend this villa and would return without hesitation.

Positive: Amazing villa on the edge of the desert. Tushar and Mohammed were excellent hosts and the Villa was just what we were looking for. Being able to swim in the pool to cool off was so good and Tushar organised us dinner one night which fed us for 2 dinners and a lunch! Highly recommend staying here.

The owner was incredibly kind, respectful, and accommodating throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Positive: Really beautiful villa right at the start of Wahiba Sands it’s magical to wake up to the dunes around you and then chill in your private pool. The host is super kind and friendly and organised us a good value private tour of the dunes taking our direct wishes/plans and tailoring the afternoon to us. He could not do enough for us and made it a super hospitable stay. The house has two good bathrooms, a lovely living area and a stunning terrace with the roof terrace having dune views. It’s also close to the town centre where there is anything you could need from good coffee to supermarkets. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended.
