Positive: The staff was exceptionally polite & helpful. This is not based on one or two but rather each and every employee I encountered. By New York City standards, I rate the staff a ten (5 star) plus. And, the views of Manhattan are exceptional too.

Negative: The only potential negative is that a little noise creeps down (presumptively) to the upper rooms from the otherwise exceptional rooftop entertainment/restaurant.

Summary: Great Choice for Overall Value in a higher standard NYC hotel.
