Positive: This small hotel is very modern and two short blocks from the subway station. My room was very clean and spacious. The included full breakfast is excellent. A Key Foods grocery store, restaurants and delis are nearby. Even in winter the views from the rooftop are great.

Positive: - The staff was amazing - The breakfast had few options, but the eggs and the pancakes were good - Well located and close to metro stations providing good mobility and many restaurants close to the Hotel - The beds were comfortable - The rooms are always kept very clean

Negative: - The wifi was not really bad and I had issues with it most of the time of my stay, I've ended up just giving up and using my mobile data instead - Breakfast could have more options and be more variated

Positive: The staff was very friendly and welcoming, helping with anything we needed. It was easy to commute to Manhattan, subway stations are close by. There's a lovely Gantry park with a great view to Manhattan just a short walk from the hotel and stops for ferry connections.

Negative: It definitely wasn't in the condition I would think a 3* hotel would be for the price (at least according to European standards). The hotel has seen better days.

Positive: The location is excellent if you want an affordable hotel that offers metro connection to Manhattan in 1 ride of about 10-15 min. Hotel is close to a metro station an in a relatively quiet and safe neighborhood. There are a lot of nice restaurants within walking range of the hotel. Rooms very clean and staff very friendly

Negative: It could use a bit renewal (rooftop flooring e.g.) breakfast is ok but after one week it is getting rather boring

Positive: good location close to metro stop and LIC area; breakfast options were ok but small area and was very busy so they had a 30 min stay posted sign

Negative: no ice available in the breakfast area which was incovenient since if one wanted to have a cold drink with ice one would have to go upstairs in the hotel to get the ice; rooms are small although to be expected for NYC area; noise insulation was not great; the extra lock on the door was broken which made me feel less safe at night but there were no safety issues otherwise
