Positive: Its location was great. I really enjoyed the food. The price was reasonable.

Negative: Cleanliness was okay but one of the bath towel was not that clean. Of course they changed it as we inform them.

Summary: Overall it was okay, a budget friendly hotel with a great location.

Positive: Good location central and by bus stop, nice breakfast and I tried one dinner which was good, friendly staff, nice room, could get ski gear through hotel shop, nice place to ski and friendly good ski instructor.

Positive: Staff very efficient & helpful, breakfast & dinner was good in choices cooking & presentation. Excellent hotel position to get access to the lifts, shops & ski hire outlets.

Negative: Lack of any tea & coffee making facilities and bedside reading lamps in the room, cramped & unweloming lounge area, incomplete backgammon sets. Lack of hot porridge at breakfast. It's a healthy, cheap warming food for hhe start of a winter sports day & would have gone eell with the fresh fruits, preserves & jams, yoghurt and nuts already featured.

Summary: Affordable hotel coveniently positioned but lacking some basics for a comfortable winter holiday.

Positive: Near Erciyes ski resort. They own ski rental shop, so you can get some discount. My room was clean, quiet, nice bed, large bathroom. Breakfast was good. All stuff are friendly and helpful.

Negative: There is no windows in my room. No WIFI(maybe my room was basement?). No bar(which means no alcohol)

Positive: all was perfect. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds. Towels were changed every day and a fresh water was provided. the staff hiper friendly and kind. Hotel close to the gondola which can help you reach the highest mountain in the region. Not so far from food stalls (9' walking distance). I recommend for 100%.
