Positive: Right on the slopes and such a lovely place to enjoy nature and the vibes from the many many seating areas and restaurants. The views are incredible, the spa amazing and the best rentals inside wonderful. The staff was super nice and accommodating.

Positive: Loved the hotel and service. Lift prices were very affordable. Staff in the ski rental/lockers area within the hotel were excellent. We felt very comfortable as Westerners in this wonderful resort. The cuisine at the Raddison was superb, and the chef and staff were high quality and delivered with pride. Mt. Erciyes is an exciting and affordable intermediate mountain with great powder and great people.

Negative: A small criticism is a limited choice of food outside the resort and the high tax on alcohol. However, at Mt. Erciyes, you are living at high altitude so limited intake of alcohol is a plus.

Positive: However, we must mention some staff who we believe helped and advised and did many things over and above what was required. So we would like to congratulate the following people. Guest Relations, Anastasia Reception desk,Ali and Tarif Hakan, Main supervisor in the main restaurant.

Negative: Housekeeping. We took our room on the Monday afternoon with no issues, however the following day, I went skiing and my wife went to the gym, on her return to the room she noticed that some items that we had bought with us to give as presents were gone. My wife instantly went to find the chambermaid and asked where the items were, and she had taken them and put in the cleaners room for herself, after my wife spoke to the chambermaid she gave the items back. However, this is not the chambermaid fault. It is the management and training of the staff to understand rules and procedures and standards. Ie with things such as how many times a week the bed needs to be changed,the room cleaned. This should be carried out by the cleaning staff daily, not when asked by my wife. We only saw the supervisor once, and this was the day before we were leaving. Restaurant and Bar. To start with, prior to our holiday, I contacted the hotel about menus and prices of which we were sent these on 20th Dec and was told that these are the menus and prices for the season. In the ski and lounge bar where we ate every evening and most lunchtimes there was a lunch and evening menu for these occasions. The evening menu and drinks were higher than what we had been sent prior to visiting. The veal steak on both menus were different prices, but it was exactly the same items served. So be careful with all prices because it was very expensive for the quality and standard served. Food and drinks served here were more expensive than most ski resorts we have been to in Austria, Switzerland, and France. In this restaurant people at lunchtime were walking in with wearing there ski boots, and many people bringing there skis into the restaurant too, this was dangerous and the kit should be left outside in the appropriate areas. Again, if guests were told the rules, then this would not happen. In the main restaurant we only had breakfast because we had only booked B & B.
