Positive: I booked 30mins before I arrived and once in contact with these generous hosts they made sure to make the house as beautiful as possible as quick as they could. Bathroom, bedroom and kitchen all had a lovely home feel. Amazing location, free parking and what a view. Bang for buck and was simply amazing. Just as good looking as it's photos.
Negative: Niente! Go and stay with Silvia and Frederico when possible.
Summary: 3 spare days in Rome? Rent a car and stay here

Positive: When we arrive, Silvia - the host was in the room waiting for us already. The room is so clean and comfort. The views from windows is beautiful. Free parking is on the nearby square in front of the church. We had a very pleasant stay.

Positive: - Great view from all windows - Very close to shop and restaurants and town overall is a nice little break from more crowded places elsewhere - Lots of recommendations by hosts on things to do in the area
Negative: - Bathroom is really narrow to navigate, even for slim people - I believe it would be more user-friendly if the additional fee for towels/sheets that almost everyone will need was already included in the total price so you can easily compare upfront - Hard to reach without car (but we knew this in advance)
