Summary: We throughly enjoyed the house! Beautiful house, and the outdoor patio being gated was super helpful with 18month old twins! We met up with close friends and spent the whole week there. There was 12 of us and the house was perfect for our framily getaway! Owner had great communication. We would rent this house again in the future :)

Summary: house was great. contained everything we needed for the week, kitchen well equipped with utensils for cooking and grilling. bedrooms worked great for all family members. front porch and side porches were great for mornings and evenings. kids loved that they could ride their bikes and scooters under the house.

Summary: We had a fantastic July 4th holiday at Tranquil Harbour. Loved the interior decor. Plenty of space for everyone in our family. Enjoyed the evening breezes in the screened porch. Great location in between the intracoastal and beach. Quick drive to cute town of Southport. Would definitely recommend this beach house to friends and family.

Summary: We had a terrific vacation staying at this property. House was very clean and very nice. Comfortable beds and well laid out floor plan made this home great for our family (we have 2 young children). Owner was very communicative and accommodating. We were encouraged to rent a golf cart and that was the way to go. So easy to get to the beach with the golf cart and 49st public beach access was easy/pleasant. We got there early in the morning and pretty much had the beach to ourselves till around noon. Would recommend this rental.
