Summary: This coastal gem was in a great location. It is walking distance to local shops and restaurants and centrally located to all activities on the island. The check in and out process was smooth and easy. The house was clean and equipped with all the essentials. It was so nice not having to pack sheets and towels. Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and hand soap was provided. The TV system was awesome with unlimited options for nightly movies. Lots to appreciate when choosing a rental. We will definitely love to rent again.

Summary: The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed and furniture were very comfortable as well. We lost our cat on the last day there. The property manager worked with us to extend our stay. Thankfully we were able to find our cat! Overall we really enjoyed our time at Island Joy.

Summary: This was a perfect place for our family of four! We enjoyed it so much we wanted to extend our stay. The house was clean and so nice inside.Super easy walk to the beach and the kids loved being able to walk to the nearby stores for shopping and ice cream.The host was super responsive and helpful. We look forward to hopefully staying again soon!

Summary: This home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood that is walkable. The home is clean and has most everything you need. The decor is nice and some thought was given to providing storage space for you. If it were my place, I would update the windows and add a fence in back. Great little house. We would totally stay there again.

Summary: Very nice updated clean place. The only trouble I had was getting the lock box for the back door open, could not get it opened but front door was ok.No toilet paper,kleenex,or shampoos or shower soaps.

Summary: We had a great stay at Island Joy and would recommend this home to others. The home is nicely updated, well kept and clean. We came for a quick trip but would loved to stay for longer as we felt comfortable in this home, fit our family perfectly and close to anything we needed. Sheets and towels provided including beach towels. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the pans, dishes and utensils needed. Spices, cooking spray and condiments will need to be included in your packing list. Overall great home for vacationing.
