Positive: Excellent location, quiet but close to pubs, restaurants and shops. Private off road parking. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Comfy bed. Very good hot water and heating. Simple but adequate cooking facilities and utensils. Small private balcony and access to rear garden. Convenient for 35 minute S3 bus into Oxford centre.

Positive: Booked a 2 night stay for my partner's birthday. He doesn't usually like paying for more than a premier inn but he was very happy with this surprise trip to Woodstock. The suite was very comfortable and super clean. Loved the kitchenette to make drinks and snacks. Very quiet, shower and WiFi great. Great location to pubs and restaurants. Thankyou Pauline. Hope to return again one day.

Positive: The perfect ‘home from home’ feel you want for a few days away. The cleanest property I think we’ve ever stayed in. Warm and bright sunny rooms, perfectly situated in town. The icing on the cake was to have a car space on the drive. Even in mid March spaces would have been extremely difficult to find. Pauline met us and was so pleasant and friendly. With a ‘Nothing is too much trouble’ attitude.
