Summary: Bladon farmhouse was a wonderful location for access to cotswolds and Oxford. The cottage is homely, beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for our stay from overseas, which was very convenient. The owner kelvin was very communicative and the welcome box of fresh supplies and a real Christmas tree was a wonderful and welcome touch! Would happily stay here again.

Summary: Our stay at this lovely home was wonderful! The house is beautifully decorated, the beds and linens very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped, even with a bread maker and all the needed ingredients. It was such a help to have bread, eggs, butter, milk and juice waiting for us upon our arrival. The owner emailed us many helpful hints about the area and assisted even before we arrived. Being within distance to Blenheim Palace was a lovely bonus. We didn’t rent a car so depended on taxis and the train from Oxford which all worked out. My family would highly recommend this lovely home!

Summary: Just about 25 mins outside of Oxford and backing into Blenheim Palace this was the perfect location for us as we were visiting family in the area. The house was very clean with nice touches such as fresh flowers, home baked bread and farm eggs. The owners live next door and were very personable and gave us helpful tips. The main road is a bit noisy so recommend opening the bathroom windows if you want some fresh air. However, overall I would highly recommend this house.

Summary: Everything from the start of booking until checking out was excellent. The house is lovely and has Everything you could need. A real home from home. Close to Woodstock where there are a good range of pubs and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: We had a fabulous stay. The house is gorgeous, really spacious and well furnished. Lots of attention to detail and high quality furnishings - the bed was very comfortable, hotel quality bed linens, proper blinds and curtains that keep the light out and a lovely welcome pack. Location-wise, it was super, an easy walk to the beautiful Blenheim park, and a short drive to lots of lovely pubs and restaurants. We were lucky with the weather and that all combined to make it a brilliant week away.
