Positive: Excellent location, 5 min walk to Matlock centre and less to two good pubs. Very easy drive to locations such Chatsworth , Haddon Hall , Bakewell, public transport was available. The free off street parking was one of reasons we chose this property. Property was very well laid out, light, airy and comfortable. The appliances and equipment were of good quality and decoration bright and contemporary. The book shelves had some very good guides including OS map. We would definitely stay here if visiting area again.

Positive: Nice apartment/cottage. Little bit more tlc needed on cleaning.

Negative: Instructions on heating, tv and coffee maker would have been nice . No communication from owners . Not in a good place for people with walking difficulties on the steepest of roads
