Positive: The building is beautiful, both on the outside and the inside and new, everything is tastefully designed, and a stunning sea view. "The staff is lovely, and we were warmly provided with full beach equipment."

Negative: We loved everything. We recommend adding a cutting board, a chopping knife, and a larger trash bin in the kitchen

Positive: Nice room. Was pretty big. Clean and new feeling. The hand soap smelled really good

Negative: It was close to Limeni, but you had to walk on the highway to get there. Felt a little dangerous. Also, there was no real check in, the cleaning lady just kinda let you in, but they were very nice.

Negative: The location is really on top of the road and the bedroom gives to the main passage for all guests, so we felt a bit exposed. The bathroom is a bit small.

Positive: Gorgeous, updated hotel a 2 min walk to the main road of lemeni. The view from the front deck was epic, we loved looking out at the ocean. The bed was so comfortable and the room design was simple yet functional.

Negative: We did not get service inside the room and had to rely on the WiFi. The power went out once while we were there, but it was the whole area, not the hotels fault at all. But then didn’t have any service inside our room. Overall this was minor!

Positive: We booked a room in Yerma Suites for a weekend getaway. Stuff was very friendly and offered us a free upgrade. The place is located very close to Limeni (walking distance) and offers a great view of the sea. It is brand new so we really enjoyed the cleanness.

Negative: In our place the bedroom was on a semi-floor and that created a complexity regarding the AC. The bedroom unit had to work non-stop and as a result we had to choose between feeling hot or cold. Also, to justify this price, it is important to increase the services offered, such as breakfast served in the room.

Summary: Nice place with a very good view. A rationalization of value - money balance would be be helpful.
