On the southwestern coast of the Mani region, in a breathtaking hillside location above the picturesque Limeni, in Mediterranean surroundings, idyllic and with a wide view of the sea lies the elegant complex APEA Villas. The APEA Villas complex consists of 1 comfortable villa with private pool and 3 other comfortable villas with a shared pool. Maniotic residential towers architecturally modeled, sustainable with noble, regional materials, the complex was built on the rocky slope. Steep cliffs form the rear property wall of the estate and give the cottages a special charm.
Only stones from the property were used in the construction of the complex, with architectural details and materials from the Mani region. Free stone walls, high open spaces, wooden roof structures, shutters that can be opened inwards characterize the interior of these elegant vacation homes. Inside, modern sofas, serene colors and subtle wooden furniture make for pleasant, comfortable living.
The large infinity pools in front of the houses with the different terraces invite you to swim, linger and sunbathe. In the evenings you can end the day in a convivial atmosphere and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
Especially tastefully furnished stone houses, thought out to the smallest detail, built in a row, skillfully separated from each other with beautiful views of the Limeni and Itilo bay and the sea. From the parking level, on both sides of the property, there are stairs (about 35 steps) leading to the cottages.
The elegant two-story ARIS-APEA villa stands on the right area of the property next to the villa ERMIS frontal to the shared pool, with wide, beautiful views of the sea. Ground level access to the living room with wood-paneled high ceiling and adjacent kitchenette and direct exit to the terrace in front. Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom and bathroom. From the bedroom there is direct access to a private terrace and another side screened terrace with fantastic sea views. In the basement is another bedroom with bathroom and a storage room with washing machine.
The huge approx. 120sqm shared pool terrace is equipped with comfortable seating, sun loungers and umbrellas. The approx. 50sqm shared pool (9x5,5m, 1 to 1,40m deep, not heatable, in operation all year round) provides refreshment and swimming fun for young and old. Each villa has 2 sun loungers, 2 large floor cushions. 1 brick sofa with seat cushions, 2 director chairs with a table are available. There is an outdoor shower in the pool area.

Summary: Our stay was very comfortable. The terrace and view are spectacular. The amenities are good. We enjoyed the location, Limeni is a lovely spot and only minutes away. Aeropolis, the town up the hill, offers a wide array of dining options, shops and supermarket. Lila the Housekeeper is a treasure and extremely thoughtful about making everyone's stay great. Two minor points: the access to the drive and parking is not that easy; the downstairs bedroom is actually the basement and has only a small window, but fine for sleeping.

Summary: We have just spent 5 nights at Limeni and stayed at Villa Arte - Apea Villas, it was the most picturesque villa we have ever stayed in. The actual villa was very spacious and well set out, the verandas had the most spectacular views of Limeni below, the pool area was so lovely to relax around after a day at the beach. The view was breath taking. Our hosts and Mrs Lina was so helpful making sure we had everything we wanted. They left us little treats and local produce to make our stay so enjoyable. We also loved the set up of the villas where we made friends with our neighbours around the pool area. We wish our stay was longer.

Summary: Our stay at this beautiful house in Limeni was absolutely perfect! Lila was an exceptional host, greeting us with freshly baked goods and freshly squeezed juice upon arrival. The location of the house is stunning, perched on a hillside with breathtaking views. We enjoyed many evenings dining with a sunset backdrop, which was truly magical. The pool was another highlight, offering a serene spot to relax with an incredible view of the sea. Summary: Breathtaking view and place. Host extremely responsive. As soon as we arrive, the site manager Lila welcomed us with local treats and throughout the stay had little attentions for us and specially the children. place is spotless, beds are comfortable, bathrooms as well. kitchen works well but obviously has not been used much by families and a few items were missing to be able to cook comfortably, but we made suggestions to host and he added the accessories. the only thing still missing is a microwave... not very design I agree. regarding the area, it s pure beauty and plenty of sightseeing. We were not fond of Limeni restaurants: we are foodies and found the relation price-quality quite bad compared to other areas of the Peloponnese. But the view makes it all worth it, the clear waters, and swimming close to turles! warning, we went early May and water was probably around 17degrees celsius!

Summary: This is a gorgeous house, the pool is beautiful and the view from the pool area is worth the price alone! Limeni is a lovely little town with great food and excellent swimming. Areopoli has good shops, bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful week staying at APEA. Lila, the housekeeper, is lovely and made us very welcome. The only comment is about the parking - it was sometimes difficult to park when all the other guests were present. It was fine, though as we parked on the approach road sometimes. You really need to rent a car to visit this property but it makes for a great holiday.
