Positive: Amazing sea views, very clean house and even more amazing hosts. They welcomed us when we arrived with treats and their huge smiles. Litsa brought us one morning a delicious breakfast with local flavors and almost every day she would bring us something home made to treat us, top hospitality. The property and especially the kitchen is well equipped and the cot for our baby was already set and was new and clean. We visited during winter and the place was well heated with air conditions and there was a fireplace to use.

Positive: This is a lovely little house across the road from the sea (where you can go for a swim) and within five minutes walking distance from Neo Itylo which, although small, has a good number of restaurants and bars. The owners - Litsa and Efstathios - are really lovely and so kind, welcoming and helpful. There is a split-level patio area outside where you can comfortably sit and relax or have breakfast or an aperitif. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and also has air conditioning. The living room/kitchen is spacious and well equipped and has a sofa that can be turned into a spare bed, if needed. There is a good shower in the bathroom as well as a washing machine. The next town, Limeni, is also walkable in about 10-15 minutes (although there is about 100 metres of roadway without footpath) and you will find some more good restaurants there. We found the location perfect for exploring Deep Mani.

Negative: The house is located right beside the road so sometimes a noisy motorbike or car will pass but, for the most part, as the road is not that busy, it was very quiet.

Summary: Beautiful house, lovely location, wonderful owners.

Negative: I would recommend a King size bed if possible for couples used to that.

Positive: This little house is a delight. Right on the water and brilliantly located. The lady who is it is probably one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. She made us a tradition breakfast on our first morning, and gave us home made snacks for our journey when we left. Any issues, she or her husband dealt with immediately. We are a family of 4 and our children slept in the fold out couch bed in the living area which worked just fine. I imagine if there are just 2 of you the place would feel even roomier. The little town is walking distance with some lovely taverns, and Limeni is round the corner - get there before 11 otherwise it gets really crazy busy. This property is really comfortable, with the sea just steps away and all of Mani on your doorstop to explore, I highly recommend it.
