Summary: One of the best places to stay around Ithaca. Very well stocked property, everything that one needs, was available. From different type of coffees, teas, to bars/biscuits, mugs, chairs on the deck, beautiful views, toothbrush in the bathroom, towels, everything that one needs is/was present. Very clean property, very well stocked property. Only thing negative was small size of beds. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Lovely handmade vibe, but I might not be the bed and breakfast type. The guest upstairs seems to have paced back and forth all night both nights we were there so we got poor sleep.

Summary: I couldn't rate the staff because we never met anyone, but when it got hot one day, an air conditioner was installed in the room, so they were there and responsive to conditions!
