Positive: The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Check in and check out were efficient.
Negative: There were only two pillows on each bed. They were fine as pillows so it wasn't the end of the world, but it's nice to have a couple for each person.

Positive: Cute simple place with spacious, quiet, and clean rooms. A 15 min drive from downtown Ithaca. Staff were very nice and the morning breakfast was simple and decent.
Negative: Walls were a bit thin and I could hear the neighbors in the next room, but once I turned on the air conditioning it masked the sound and all was well
