Positive: Pretty handy if you don’t know the area. Nice setting in a park and residential area. Room clean and comfortable.

Negative: Kitchen wasn’t up to standard in terms of food. But half pension was included in the room price.

Positive: Ensuite. Breakfast was included. The kitchen staff serving food was quite unpleasant, offish, and dismissive. The bathroom which should have been cleaned still had hair in different spots. The bath curtain was dirty and should be thrown away.

Negative: The key for the room could have covered all days of stay(Thursday,Friday ,Saturday). This could have avoided several confusions.

Positive: Good location. Room was tidied and coffee/tea things were replenished. Bed was comfortable Quiet. Unusually, dinner was included in the Bed & Breakfast rate.

Negative: It was quite a way to walk from the car park to the complex. Not easy when you have mobility issues. Meal time hours were very short which meant I had to be up before 7:15am to be able to get breakfast and I was on holiday! Food ok but only one veg served with dinner. It got cold very quickly. It was quite expensive for what it was. No hairdryer in my room.

Positive: Very clean, breakfast really good. Asked for Boiled eggs; best ever had. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Love the added touch of items for sale at reception that may have been left at home.

Negative: Sleep really poor. Bed was not comfortable and clientele on same floor noisy most of the night and regularly in and out of others rooms with the doors banging till about 1.30am

Summary: Very clean, great breakfast and staff but poor bed and clientele who kept us awake most of night
