Positive: Hardly ANYTHING to rent in stone, and this is all I look for in a place to stay as I work all over the country building things, just wish it was available for longer, but it's booked constantly which means it's very very nice. SMART Tvs in both living room and bedroom is a great touch and should be standard everywhere, nice kitchen and bathroom, clean, and tidy, is all you can ask for. Thank you Hopefully see you again

Positive: Very clean, well appointed, garden ideal when bringing pets.

Negative: Location not brilliant for ameneties without a car. Sofa v uncomfortable but to be fair we were not looking for more than 1 bedroom. We travelled with two large puppies so I stayed on the sofa to make sure they didnt destroy anything!

Positive: This property is perfect for my needs whether I am staying alone or with friends, I do use this property a few times a year and am very happy with it. We have the entire apartment, it has TVs in both rooms, a very good kitchen and Bathroom and a very well fenced garden. Parking directly outside and is in a quiet cul-de-sac. I have always felt safe even when traveling alone.

Negative: The sofa bed is getting a bit uncomfortable as its getting a bit worn and could do with replacing. If you are tall just watch your head going into the kitchen. Its fine for me because I am short.

Positive: There was no breakfast included this is a self-catering stay, I have stayed here many times before and it really meets my needs very well. I stay when I am attending shows at Stafford County Showground and it is perfect.

Negative: The sofa bed is getting old now and could really do with replacing, often when I stay with friends I have to sleep on it. This time as I was alone I slept in the bed and it was so comfortable. other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

Summary: Overnight stay in comfort with the entire property to myself.

Positive: Excellent communication prior to our stay. Very comfortable stay. The flat was very clean and all facilities described were available for use. The area is very quiet and felt very safe, and lots of on street parking available. Highly recommend if you're looking in the area - Uber is available to take you to nearby places as well as several local taxi firms.
