Positive: I really liked staying in Yapak, its an amazing location. The room is spacious, clean and feels luxurious. All staff are superfriendly, pool and views look stunning. Doing surflessons with Alan was cool. Unfortunately the weather got really bad and got 2 full days of heavy rain so i couldn't enjoy the nice location as much as i liked.

Negative: Ok i really have to say something here, my room had serious issues. First, just before i checked-in my AC was broken, but before the end of the day they bought and installed a new one (but still a noisy PH AC, they should upgrade to a normal hotel one i guess), i got some free beers as compensation :-). Secondly because of the heavy rain the main roof was leaking on my roof and it started to leak in my room, from the walls and lights. My last night it got really bad and the fan made short-circuit. Overall i believe Yapak should review their maintenance schedule, but besides these issues i definitely book again when i visit Pacifico.

Positive: Im so glad that i was able to stay here in Yapak beach villa resort. The customer service is jist top notched and just wonderful.. it has that family vibe that you won’t see much on most resorts. They greet you with a smile every time they see you in the morning! The staff are so accommodating especially Ate Elsa and Kuya Romeo.. they go above and beyond on their hospitality! Now let’s talk about the resort, I’m all about location and this one didn’t disappoint!! The view is just paradise and one of a kind..you are greeted in the morning by the sound of ocean waves!! It’s just glorious serenity.. The resort offers villas and rooms that can accommodate families or a solo traveler like me! You can book surf lessons at the property if you wanna try surfing like i do for the first time lol!! WIFI is great also shockingly enough being up out there! I highly recommend this resort!! A++ on my book!! And I will be coming back to stay here again next year and bring my family if the opportunity arise. Thanks again Yapak Beach Villa for your hospitality!! Keep up the good work!! Salamat kaiyo and Mabuhay!

Negative: There’s wasn’t anything that really disappointed me..only a minor hiccup in which I took a shower on my first night and the hot water was off . But they fixed it right away the next day when I informed.. it was a n easy fixed!!

Summary: I’ll def stay here again.. your soul will be rejuvenated!! The view is just spectacular and breathtaking!!

Positive: We absolutely loved Yapak Villas. Our villa was perfect - clean, comfortable, luxurious. All staff were wonderful, the coffee was the best we had in the Philippines. Thank you so much.
