Positive: This place is great. It's nice to see people creating a business that celebrates some of the local history. The coffee, canele and pizzas are v good. We would highly recommend the desert pizza.

Positive: We stayed for two nights and it was the best place we stayed at on our month long trip to Japan. as soon as we arrived, we felt welcomed and so well taken care of. the food was just beyond amazing, the building is so cool, the surrounding area is gorgeous, the staff is so personable, the sauna amazing, and we got to spend some time with the adorable rescue cats. this place is worth the trip out to Shikoku alone, but it's also very close to a lot of interesting places to see like the Iya valley vine bridge, Oboke gorge, a yokai museum, beautiful nature, onsens and more. we will most definitely be back :)

Negative: it got a little cold in our room but we were there late November, and we were provided super warm blankets, and after a nice sauna we were quite happy and snuggly.

Summary: A magical place I already plan to visit again soon
